I decided not to dress up this year … just go as my normal, little monster self ;)

Grandpa Smith generously volunteered to help me consume my Hallowe’en candy ’cause that’s just the kind of awesome grandpa he is.  For someone whose eyesight isn’t that great anymore, he sure didn’t have any trouble finding, opening and finishing all my chocolates!

I keep getting bugged about why I haven’t been better at keeping my adoring public up to date on my comings and goings, etc.  What can I say, I’ve been busy …  I’ll try to do better, I just keep getting distracted (see below) … can you blame me??

I just don’t get all this “tummy time / learn to crawl” garbage … I want to stand and walk and dance and run and jump and jig and all that stuff, just like mommy & daddy … floor time is for babies and I’m WAY over that, I just need a LITTLE assistance here and there to keep from face planting … check out my latest moves in my jolly jumper …

I’m in Vancouver for Canadian Thanksgiving and it’s super sunny here … I think Dad’s been pulling my leg when he’s been saying that it *always* rains in Vancouver …

Had my 4 month check up (weigh in) at my doctor’s last week and I’m a hefty 16 lbs 9 ounces and 26.5 inches long … working on catching up to Daddy while ensuring mom gets a good upper arm work out every time she carries me around :)

We had a great 3 week tour of a few national parks in the US and I’m waiting for Dad to send me the photos so I can post some on here … but he’s in Mexico for a tiltboys’ weekend (life is tough) so I guess those will have to wait.  Suffice it to say we wrapped up the trip getting chased by a momma black bear and cub in Sequoia national park … yes, i was just about a “bear”itto … and I’m sure my Dad will still be telling the story at my wedding.

Anyhow, gotta get some zzzz’s, over and out from sunny Vancouver!
